Oligonucleotide Radiolabeling

We offer the radiolabeling of oligonucleotides with carbon-14 or tritium utilizing a dedicated AKTA 100 platform exclusively for this purpose. In addition to the traditional labeling at the 5’ end we also offer the options to incorporate the radiolabel or several radiolabels throughout the oligonucleotide if your needs require a higher specific activity or a more stable placement of the label due to metabolic concerns.

We apply our wide experience of oligonucleotide chemistry process development to our radiolabeling expertise and can develop novel routes for labeling your oligonucleotide such as placement of the radiolabel in an amino linker or novel nucleoside.
