Girindus  AG  strengthens  its  Management  Board  by  appointing  Dr.  Harald  Mothes

Bensberg, October 5, 2005 - Girindus AG, a company listed in the Prime Segment of the German Stock Exchange and specialized in process development and the production of innovative drug and cosmetic actives, announces that the Supervisory Board appointed Dr. Harald Mothes as member of the company's Management Board effective October 1, 2005.

Dr. Mothes has been working for the company since 2000. As a member of the Management Board he will continue to be responsible for the Legal Department and Human Resources.
